Spring Board Books Part Two

Here are three more lovely board books available this spring. These titles were all sent to me by Little Tiger for review.

Beep Beep Builders

This bright board book offers a noisy introduction to the sound of a building site (especially useful if, like us, you live near lots of construction work!). The buttons are squidgy and fun to press. There's a nice storyline too, about working together to create something special. My son really enjoyed looking out for the cast of little animals on each page, laughing at what they get up to.

Calmer Llama

This is a lovely soothing board book with tactile pages, sweet illustrations and lovely colours. Follow Llama as she takes deep breaths, enjoys a moment to look at sparkly lights and connect with the world around her. Mirror at the back is an unexpected treat. This book is a nice way to encourage little readers to take a relaxing break (if only for a few minutes!)

Hide and Seek with the Dinosaurs

This board book is bold and bright with plenty to look at. Every page has a soft, felt flap which feels quite robust, so won't break as easily as paper. The words have a fun rhyme scheme which encourages children to get involved. This story features a host of favourite dinosaurs, with new creatures to discover and search for on every page.
